WIYM collects, notifies, manages and measures customer feedback.
The installation is simple, fast and adapts to your use.
Connections with third-party tools make it easy to share with your employees and enrich data on your users.
In its Beta version, WIYM offers the following functionalities:
• Retrieval of user feedback via widget, mail or API
• Real time notification on Slack
• Arrangement of user feedback via a tag system
• Workflow for user feedback management (new, in study, replied, closed)
• Filters integrated in the dashboard (customer , tag ...)
• Annotate and comment a user feedback with other collaborators directly from the interface
• Synthetic summary of activity in a dashboard
The following functionalities will be integrated shortly:
• Invitation of collaborators
• Assignment of user feedback to a collaborator
• Annotate and comment a user feedback with other collaborators directly from the interface
• New integrations will be added, and prioritized according to your feedback.
