Really practical scope choice — the part that sold me is keeping exports local and dropping usernames. I work on a small daily-puzzle site where people paste threads into notes, and the "fetched / missed / total" readout is the kind of honesty that makes an export trustworthy instead of decorative. A short-reply filter for the Markdown export would be the next thing I'd want.
