ResuMakeAi

Hey Startup Base! I'm the solo founder behind ResuMakeAi. I built this after getting laid off and sending the same generic resume to fifty+ listings with barely a reply. ResuMakeAi tailors your resume to the actual job you're applying to, pulls in live openings from Adzuna, Remotive, RemoteOk, Arbeitnow, and Jobicy, and gets you interview-ready faster. Free tier includes 1 saved resume and 5 AI generations/day, no credit card needed. Would love your feedback!

The "not too dark, no supernatural elements" example nails exactly why this is a real problem, not a novelty. Every streaming service's own recommendation engine is built to keep you inside its own catalog, not to actually understand what you're in the mood for. Being able to just describe the constraint in plain language instead of filtering through five dropdown menus is a genuinely better interaction model.

Ask Together is the smart addition here, movie-night decision paralysis when two people have different tastes is its own specific problem, and most tools don't even try to solve it. Curious how the spoiler-aware Q&A works under the hood, is it scoped per-film so it knows exactly where the "spoiler line" is for that specific plot, or is it a more general guardrail across all recommendations?
