Hi everyone, I'm Victor from Review Collect.
E-commerce brands know reviews drive sales. But to collect them, reply to them, display them and understand what they say, they juggle several tools.
So we built one tool for the whole loop: collection by email, SMS, WhatsApp and QR code. AI replies to 100% of reviews in 60 seconds, in the brand's voice. Publishing on Google, Trustpilot and product pages. And one dashboard to follow it all.
500+ brands, including The Bradery and Micromania, chose it to take back control of their reputation. I'll answer all your questions, and I'd love your feedback on what is missing.
Actually using this right now for our own launch. The structured list of 100+ directories saves a ton of research time — you'd otherwise spend days just figuring out where to submit. Would be great to have a "submit status" tracker built in.
"3 seconds" is doing a lot of work in that tagline — and it's the right call. Face blurring has been a painful manual task for anyone handling user-generated content at scale. Curious whether it handles group photos with overlapping faces well.
The "no design skills required" angle is what makes this interesting. Most AI image tools still assume you know what prompts to write — Glima seems to abstract that layer away. Would love to see more examples of the video output quality.
@vatsalk1311 Good question. Review Collect is built mainly for e-commerce and multichannel brands, so a single local restaurant isn't our core target today. The QR code is one of several ways to ask for a review, and it works in physical locations too. Where it gets interesting is a restaurant group or a chain: you can collect and manage the reviews of all your locations from one dashboard.
