Tregovia started as something I was building for a friend who runs a veterinary practice.
She was paying for practice software but only using about half of what she was being charged for. I offered to build something around what she actually needed.
That project eventually paused, but I kept working on it. While researching other business management tools, I realized the same problem came up well beyond veterinary practices: businesses paying for large software packages while still needing separate tools to fill the gaps.
So Tregovia became modular.
There's a common base for clients, appointments, billing, estimates, reports, SMS and online booking. From there, businesses add the modules that make sense for them, things like missed-call text-back, reviews, a unified inbox, automations, contracts, memberships, veterinary records and more.
I've built the whole thing myself alongside my full-time job, from the backend and frontend to the database and infrastructure.
It's now at the point where I want more people using it and telling me where it falls short.
If you run a service business, I'd especially like to hear what you're using today, what you wish it did better, and which parts you still handle manually.
“Without the AI slop” caught my attention. Curious how much editing is usually needed before publishing?
@enesbala5 Thanks Enes, appreciate it! Would love to hear what you think once you’ve had a look, especially anything that feels confusing, missing, or could be improved.
