@ntropy he thing is, MindNote doesn't replace Evernote, it complements it. The average person doesn't actually use just one note-taking tool. Most people juggle at least 4 different ones:
β’ Sticky notes for quick ideas β’ Paper or napkins for on-the-fly thoughts β’ Google Docs for structured writing β’ Notion or Evernote for long-term storage β’ Voice memos or WhatsApp voice notes for hands-free capture
And now, a lot of models: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, blackbox, Kimi, perplexity, etc.
I invite you to try it. 3 days free trial. You might discover one of those writing problems you didn't even know you had, and hopefully also support MindNote.
@kidwatch_ Hey there, please give it a try. The Web APP is a bit more advance than mobile. But the changes will be deployed in this next iteration. It follows enterprise privacy grade checklists, because it is the aim in the long term. Your data is encrypted and it is currently compliant with GDPR and CCPA.
@jgibbard Hey James, thanks for the feedback and the congrats! Always great to connect with another founder building in a similar space, Clearminutes looks awesome. You make a great point about the trial. Balancing habit formation with early monetization is a tricky line to walk, and I'm actively testing how to best structure that gap. On the privacy side, you are spot on, itβs a massive differentiator. MindNote is currently GDPR and CCPA compliant. The backend infrastructure is being built following the checklist for enterprise-grade SOC 2 Type II compliance, with HIPAA compliance planned down the road to fully secure sensitive medical and professional dictation.
@ajosh Thank you so much for your words and support. Highly appreciated.
@tradeveriq Thank you for your feedback. Definitely is one of the cases.
@byalexai Hey Alex, currently the subscription gives you full access to the app. Right now, we offer monthly, yearly, and lifetime (LTD) plans. You can take notes pretty much from any input, voice, images, .pdf, videos, virtual calls, etc.
@markkmiranda0711 Thanks! As for the typing, not really, that is just an animated interaction.
@kukac24 Yes, it currently supports Web, Android mobile + Tables, iOS mobile + iPad.
