@joesandersa Great question btw! Yes — that’s something we’re building into TaxiCloud. The idea is to make ride payments, reports, VAT/sales tax tracking and accounting exports much easier for operators, while still keeping things simple day to day. We’re also looking at integrations with tools like Stripe/accounting software so companies can manage this properly without extra spreadsheets.

I’m building TaxiCloud to help taxi, private hire, chauffeur and airport transfer operators move beyond old-school dispatch systems.
The goal is to create a modern cloud dispatch platform with smart booking workflows, driver assignment, customer CRM, pricing intelligence, AI-assisted operations, and future automation features such as AI phone booking, missed-call recovery, accounting integrations and driver fairness tools.
Taxi companies are under pressure from rising customer expectations, driver shortages, missed calls, manual admin and outdated software. TaxiCloud is being built to help operators run leaner, dispatch smarter and eventually automate more of the daily workload.
