Actually useful, I am always using default Note app in the background and the number of times I have to dig through windows to look for it per day...
Good idea, does it do cross note organising or just within a single note? Wondering how well this would as part of my workflow working with Claude code work.. currently have scattered notes on Apple Notes which I have to organise and look through manually

Hey 👋 I'm Nic, maker of SkipBait. I built this to scratch my own itch originally - would open YouTube to learn but lose hours to half-watching long form podcasts. The best part was that I would remember nothing a week later (or tbh a day later).
🌐 AI chat that is actually useful The AI summarizers I tried didn't fix it. Most dumped a wall of text or AI chat that felt limited or outright refused to answer questions because "the transcript does not discuss what I asked".
To fix this, I gave SkipBait the ability to search the web before answering if the transcript doesn't cover what you asked.
🙅♂️ Fight clickbait by resolving curiosity I also realized how much I was clicking due to clickbaity titles so included in SkipBait is an honest title and one-sentence TL;DR for every video, immediately resolving the reason of clicking so we can decide to spend the next 20 minutes watching or move on.
A few more things:
There's a free plan to try it. I'd genuinely love feedback, especially on where the summaries fall short. Any help shaping the product is very well appreciated!
