Building PeakRoutine — turning your biomarkers into better habits, health & longevity.
Interesting concept. I like the focus on tracking competency maturity over time rather than just managing HR processes. The tension detection and visibility into whether development initiatives are actually working seem especially useful.
Your smartwatch collects thousands of data points about your body every day — and turns almost none of them into something you can use.
That frustration is the whole reason PeakRoutine exists. Our founder found out he was pre-diabetic at 32 — and the advice he got was the one everyone gets: eat better, move more, sleep well. Meanwhile his Apple Watch had been logging his body around the clock, holding the answer to which of those actually mattered for him, and telling him none of it.
So we built the app to read it.
PeakRoutine pulls your Apple Health data and finds the correlations that actually move the needle — the specific inputs driving your sleep, HRV, and energy — then turns them into a plan for the next day. It even tracks daylight exposure, which almost nothing else does, and which turned out to be his single biggest lever. The problem was never diet. It was sleep timing. No amount of staring at charts would have surfaced that.
The pitch is simple: you already have the data. We tell you what's actually driving it — not just chart it back at you.
Live on the App Store, free to try — iOS, built natively on Apple Health.
One real ask, since you're the kind of people who'll tell me the truth: do the correlations feel trustworthy, or do they read like astrology with charts? That answer's worth more than a download.
