The bit I'd want spelled out is "private by default". For a product that holds notes about people's health, family and work, "private" can mean two very different things: not shared with other users, or not readable by you either.
The page says it's on both mobile and web, so there's sync in the middle, and that's usually where the answer lives.
Ten free contacts is a clear enough line to try it on. I'd just want the privacy claim to be one sentence more specific before putting real notes about real people in it.
