@amosbastian not really possible to compare both because cloudflare's pricing is very obscure, and it depends on the specific ffmpeg commands you run and their amount. In cloudflare you also pay egress 0.025$-0.04$ per 1GB, with us there is no egress pay.

FFmpeg commands can be compute (cpu) intensive. We offer basically infinite compute capacity (self serve plans reach to 256VCPU with 32 vcpus per each singular command) while cloud flare is limited to 12 vcpus.

Also, the most important thing is setup and cloud management time - with cloudflare you need to setup everything including monitoring and system recovery. We take care of all of it on our end so you can just run commands.
