I discovered the open-source project paperless-ngx, and it completely changed my relationship with documents. I could finally find anything in seconds. But there was a catch: setting up and maintaining a server to run it requires technical skills that most people just don't have.

@trepeat thank you a lot for your valuable comment. I think you are right about clarifying encryption and access. An update for the landing page will follow soon. As for migration, any existing paperless can be migrated to our managed hosting and we have already done it. You just need to get in touch.
