@nithiyadharshiniv2006 The platform includes team management with roles and permissions that are fully administered and controlled. Admins can define who can initiate, view, sign, or approve documents, so as a team scales, access stays governed centrally rather than becoming a free-for-all. That role-based structure is what makes bigger setups and higher contract volume manageable, everyone operates within clearly defined permissions, and the workflow stays accountable and audit-ready.

@george_zaletski 100% — fitting into existing processes rather than forcing teams to rebuild them is exactly the goal, which is why the API and webhook support sit at the core of the platform.

On top of that, in our latest release we added document template generation: you can generate documents either from your own existing template or, if you don't have one yet, from scratch. This speeds things up significantly and reduces the human-error risk of losing critical information in documents. It applies across a range of document types — contracts, NDAs, service agreements, employment offers, statements of work (SOW), consulting agreements, and vendor/supplier agreements, to name a few.

@mackato We hear you that the UI/UX felt more complicated than it should. One of our ongoing priorities is watching how people actually move through the product, and we use those behavioral insights to ship continuous improvements — not just to the platform's functionality, but to the UI/UX as well. So feedback like yours directly shapes what we refine next.

If you're open to it, I'd love to hear which specific parts of the flow felt clunky — that would help us prioritize the right fixes.

@mateuszlenicki We handle KYC through Sumsub, which lets us run verification that's region-aware rather than one-size-fits-all. In the EU, that means the flow aligns with eIDAS/AML requirements (document verification, liveness, and the appropriate assurance level depending on the transaction), while signers in other regions are routed through the verification methods and document types that are valid locally. Sumsub maintains coverage across a broad set of countries and keeps the underlying compliance rules current, so we don't have to hard-code jurisdiction logic ourselves or bolt on a separate provider per region.

The practical upshot for the bundled flow: the same signer session carries the KYC result straight through to the e-signature and payment steps, so there's no webhook duct-tape between "verified" and "signed & paid.

@wangtaolee97 Thank you! One of our main goals is to save people time. We want users to complete everything in one place instead of switching between different tools. This makes the whole process faster and easier.

@teachecker Thanks for the feedback. We agree that the UI can be improved. Right now we’re collecting feedback from users and working on a new design. First we’ll update the landing page and after that we’ll focus on improving the app itself. Your feedback is really helpful and we’ll keep it in mind during the redesign.

@dy4200403 How to Enable Dark Mode

  1. Click on your "My Workspace" in the top-left corner of the screen.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select Theme.
  3. In the theme options, click Dark.
  4. The interface will immediately switch to dark mode.

You can also choose Light for the light theme or System to automatically match your device’s appearance settings.

@p_app The agent is not able to complete KYC. Generating an invoice — yes, that's possible; however, executing a payment is not.

@maksim There are several signing options available - both with and without KYC. If a signer hasn't passed verification, the document cannot be signed and remains unsigned. We implemented this mechanism specifically to combat scams and fraudulent activity.

@oleksandrsaiko · 2 months ago · Chaindoc

Why we built Chaindoc — and why it's different from DocuSign, PandaDoc, HelloSign, and the rest.

Traditional e-signature tools were built for a different era. They handle signing — and that's about it. You still need separate tools for KYC identity verification, payment collection, and contract management. The result? Four tabs open, four subscriptions, and four places where deals can fall apart.

Chaindoc brings it all together: e-signature, KYC, payments, and blockchain audit trails in one platform — fully eIDAS and ESIGN Act compliant, ISO 27001 certified.

But here's what really sets us apart: Chaindoc has an MCP server.

You can now integrate Chaindoc directly into ChatGPT, Claude, and any AI-powered workflow. That means your AI assistant can draft an NDA, send it for signing, verify the signer's identity, and collect payment — all without leaving the chat. No copy-pasting, no tab switching.

You can also embed Chaindoc into your own website or app via our REST API and MCP server. Creating documents, sending contracts for signature, generating commercial proposals — it all becomes dramatically simpler than anything DocuSign or PandaDoc can offer today.

The future of agreements isn't just digital signatures. It's AI-native document workflows — and that's exactly what we're building.

Rentack is solving a real problem for renters in Quebec — finding verified apartments with clear pricing is often a nightmare. The ability to filter by budget, size, and location while connecting landlords with qualified leads is a win-win. Great to see a focused marketplace for the Canadian rental market!

Eloovor tackles a real pain point — job searching is exhausting and fragmented. Having AI-powered resume optimization, cover letter generation, and interview prep all in one place is a huge time saver. The smart job fit analysis feature especially stands out. Excited to try it while it's still in beta!

MiraSpaces looks like a solid platform for creators who want full control over their community and revenue. The 90% earnings model and no hidden fees approach is a real differentiator compared to Patreon or OnlyFans. The all-in-one dashboard with feeds, events, chats, and ticketing is impressive — cuts down the need for multiple tools. Excited to see how the waitlist rolls out!
