I built this platform because I got incredibly tired of the endless cycle of "vibe-coding" a micro-SaaS for months, launching to total silence, and realizing I should have killed the idea on day one.
The biggest problem right now is that traditional AI validation tools are massive people-pleasers. If you give ChatGPT or Claude a half-baked concept, they blow smoke up your ego and tell you it’s a brilliant market opportunity. They aren't designed to find the fatal flaws—they’re designed to give you a nice response.
Valifye does the exact opposite. It tries to mathematically kill your business idea before you write a single line of code.
🧠 How it actually works
We don't do conversational AI guesswork. When you drop an idea and a location, the engine maps your input to strict database classification keys and pulls data straight from our curated market_intelligence and market_benchmarks tables (things like actual regional tax structures, regulatory bottlenecks, real-world lease ratios, and city-tier staff overhead).
From there, a stateless physics engine runs the absolute math to lock down:
Critical Mass Clients: The precise volume you need to just cross your fixed cost proxies.
Daily Survival Volume: A real, daily operational milestone to keep the lights on.
Payback Payback Windows: How many months it takes to actually recover your initial setup CapEx.
If the operating margin drops below zero, the engine initiates a "No-Go Autopsy" and generates a strict pivot blueprint instead of telling you to keep chasing a broken model.
🗺️ The Launch Lineup
The Founder Hub (Free): You can head straight to valifye.com/tools to run free baseline utilities right now—including an AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) shadow scanner and local margin emulators. No signup or cards required.
Digital Battlefield ($18): Full digital product/micro-SaaS dossiers tracking feature gaps, pricing tiers, and aggressive entry strategies.
Local Market Scout ($49): Deep, localized city-level audits for high-ticket service fleets and brick-and-mortar setups.
💬 What I'd love your feedback on
I’m actively tuning the platform and would love your honest, unvarnished thoughts on two things:
The Monetization Model: We went with a pure Pay-As-You-Go structure ($18 / $49 per report) because validation tools are highly transactional. Does this frictionless, drop-in pricing make sense, or should we offer subscription tiers?
The Copy: Does the "Forensic Logic over AI Fluff" positioning resonate with you, or is it too intense?
I'll be hanging out in the launch thread all day. If you want a quick diagnostic run on your current project concept, drop your idea, target city, and audience (B2B/B2C) in the comments below, and I'll pull a quick unit-economics snapshot straight from our backend!
