Hey everyone - I’m Matthew, founder and engineer at TalentSprout.ai.

I built TalentSprout to solve a pain I kept hearing from recruiters and hiring teams: first-round interviews take forever. So we created an AI recruiter that conducts voice and video interviews automatically, scores responses instantly, and helps teams hire faster and more fairly.

We launched earlier this year, and it’s been amazing to see recruiters save hours each week while giving candidates a more consistent, transparent experience.
