The GSAP/ScrollTrigger part is relatively straightforward. What takes time is everything around it: preparing the video and frames, getting the scrubbing right, synchronizing text and other elements, deciding when each one appears and disappears, responsive positioning, mobile behavior, and then doing it all again for the next product.
