Can the user monitor deals by routes, destinations or even better countries ? The alerts is received by push or email. ?

Since you are in the Apple ecosystem I would leverage the integration with the Health app and be able to use widgets, shortcuts or an Apple Watch app to log the calories intake based on the speech-to-text-to-calories.
