For freelancers, especially those who already use WhatsApp as a primary communication channel with clients, having to leave that workflow, open a separate invoicing platform, fill out multiple fields, format an invoice, export it, and then manually follow up on payment can be unnecessarily cumbersome. Riffit’s approach of turning a simple WhatsApp message into a professional, branded invoice is a very intuitive application of automation.
