Why I built this Scheduling was eating 30+ minutes of my day. Writing invites, hunting for times, chasing replies. The "quick" 15-minute meeting was taking 15 minutes just to book. I hit a breaking point on a Tuesday when I sent 11 invites and got 3 reschedule requests by 5pm.
What meetIQ does One click, and AI handles the invite copy, the time-finding across everyone's calendars, and the agenda. The hard part wasn't calendar logic. It was making the invite feel human instead of like template spam. We tuned the model on thousands of real invites to get the tone right.
