I’m Erdem from the ChatPont team.

We built ChatPont because most support chatbots still stop at answering questions. But in real support work, teams need more than replies. They need AI agents that can understand customer questions, use company knowledge, and connect conversations with approved business workflows.

ChatPont helps teams build and deploy AI support agents across channels like website, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and email. The goal is simple: reduce repetitive support work, answer customers faster, and help teams keep their support operations more connected.

We’re still improving the product and would love feedback from founders, support teams, SaaS teams, and anyone working with customer support automation.

Interesting concept. I like that it focuses on people with a journey or mission, not only generic creators. The idea of funding through community support makes sense for athletes, explorers, and experts who want to share progress while building a closer audience.

Clean and practical product. I like the combination of short links, password protection, expiration dates, and analytics in one place. This feels useful for founders and marketers who need more control than a basic URL shortener, especially during launches or campaigns.

Nice idea. I like that it focuses on LinkedIn consistency, not only generating random AI posts. The biggest value seems to be helping founders and creators keep showing up when they are busy or stuck. Would be interesting to see how well it keeps the user’s own voice over time.
