I built Pitchblock because my inbox became unusable. The moment my projects got any visibility I was getting 40 plus cold sales emails a week. SEO agencies, dev shops, "quick question" emails that were anything but quick.
I tried filters, I tried marking as spam, nothing worked because these emails come from real people at real companies. They are technically legitimate, they just do not belong in my inbox.
So I built a three tier detection system that actually understands the difference. Pattern recognition catches the obvious stuff instantly. A known cold email platform detector catches anything sent through tools like Apollo or Lemlist. And for the genuinely ambiguous cases, AI makes the final call, with a bias toward never filtering something real.
New accounts get extra AI verification for the first two weeks while the system learns your inbox so nothing important ever slips through by accident.
Right now it works with Outlook with Gmail coming soon.
Would love your honest feedback, especially if you have been drowning in cold email like I was. Happy to answer anything in the comments.
