Candidate Falcon

I built Candidate Falcon after seeing how many capable candidates were rejected not because they lacked the right skills, but because they had never encountered the assessment format before.

Most interview-prep platforms offer broad, generic advice. Candidate Falcon takes a narrower approach: realistic practice for the exact hiring assessment a candidate is about to face.

The platform currently covers all 11 HireVue game types and one-way video interviews for HireVue, Spark Hire, Talview, and VidCruiter. Candidates can practise with realistic simulations, record unlimited responses, access platform-specific questions, and receive AI-powered feedback. fileciteturn0file0

The goal is simple: replace uncertainty with familiarity, so candidates understand the rules, timing, and pressure before the real assessment begins.

Candidate Falcon is already live, and I’m continuing to expand it based on the assessment formats candidates request most.
