@gabelalasava Hi, the email provider route is automated based on your email sending patterns. Each domain has it's own domain reputation but the IP pool is shared and pre-warmed with high reputation on the tier-1 networks like SES, CloudFlare and a few selector others. To start your domain will sit on a medium IP pool and after sending patterns are analyzed - bumped up to the top tier pool or downgraded to a lower pool (for example if there are many complaints or bounces which indicate spammy behavior). This works both way, it protects your sending reputation as well as allows you to fix issues with your emails (high bounces means you need to clean your contact list first - use a email validation service). We will add these tools into the dashboard itself over time.

Yes, the dash is designed so you have full visibility on your email health, bounches, spam complains, email opens, link clicks etc. All the tools needed for transactional email and email marketing. The website is quite plain but your product actually works! I like to be surprised instead of being oversold on the product site. The phone call integration is impressive. I got cut off on a few calls mid way but works most the time. good job! I'd just put a little more effort into the product site with some visual elements (product photo, video etc.)

Really nice, I just submitted my startup. I like the detailed questions about the startup when submitting. The blurred pictures make it feel a bit cheap. It upsell rather than try to limit.

Nice work on the dashboard and website. it's very clean and clear. However the video editor is a bit buggy and slow. It looks like it would be a great product once it's stable.
