I kept trying alarm apps that promised "no snooze", and every one of them could still be killed by a half-asleep tap. So I built the version that can't be.
Risly is a real system alarm (AlarmKit, iOS 26) — it rings through silent mode, Focus and a locked screen — and the only way to stop it is to finish a mission: scan an object across the room, do push-ups the camera counts, or scan a QR code you printed and stuck on the bathroom mirror. By the time the mission is done, you're out of bed.
The hard part wasn't the missions, it was closing every escape hatch: system dismiss paths, app kills, reinstalls, expired subscriptions. Each one had to be handled so the alarm still fires and still can't be cheated.
Happy to answer anything about AlarmKit, on-device Vision, or how the missions are designed.
