Building professional icon tools and SVG workflows at Axialis
Hello StartupBase!
I’m Marc from Axialis Software. We built IconVectors to make SVG icon preparation faster and more reliable for real software projects.
Developers and designers often need to do much more than simply download an SVG: clean the geometry, adjust alignment, control colors and strokes, optimize the output, and convert the icon into framework-specific code.
IconVectors brings these tasks together in a native desktop application for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
The latest version includes an Element Library, an SVG Properties panel, pixel-alignment tools for crisp rendering, improved path editing, and code export for React, Vue, Svelte, Astro, Solid, Android VectorDrawable, and SwiftUI.
I’d be very interested to hear how you currently prepare SVG icons for your projects and which parts of that workflow still take too much time.
The visual workflow approach is compelling, especially for teams that need to keep creative output consistent across many assets. Giving users control over each step rather than hiding everything behind a single prompt feels like the right direction. I’d be interested to know how reusable these workflows are across different campaigns and brand guidelines.
Interesting concept. Matching people based on shared life experiences can be much more valuable than generic advice, especially when the conversations are structured and focused on a specific challenge. I’d be curious to know how you ensure the quality and relevance of the matches as the community grows.
@iaminiamin Thank you! Really appreciate the feedback. Our goal with IconVectors is exactly that: keep SVG editing fast and precise while making it easy to move assets directly into modern development environments. We’re currently putting the finishing touches on IconVectors 2.0, with more improvements to the workflow, developer-focused features, and MCP integration. Great to hear these aspects already stand out!
