The idea came from something pretty dumb, honestly. I was packing for a trip with a Claude Code session running in the background, and I kept walking back to my laptop mid-packing just to check on it. Folded a shirt, checked the laptop. Grabbed my toiletries, checked the laptop. At one point I was in the bathroom thinking about a change I wanted to make to the code and had no way to actually tell the agent that until I went back to my desk. That's when I realized the problem wasn't the trip, it was that there's no way to know if an agent needs you until you're standing in front of it again. A few friends who also run these sessions all day told me they do the same thing. So Clarsky pings your phone only when the agent actually needs a decision. You can approve or deny what it's about to run, leave it a note without breaking its flow, or just check what changed, all without opening your laptop. Still early, still building this mostly at night. If you've had the "keep checking the laptop for no reason" problem too, or think this only bothers me, genuinely want to hear it in the comments.

This is an interesting approach to lifecycle marketing. A lot of startups know they need onboarding, activation, and win-back flows, but they rarely have the time to continuously optimize them. I like the idea of making the process more hands-off while still keeping humans in the approval loop.
