@lombardonovitch That makes sense. You can read more about how we protect service data, especially for EU customers, in our privacy policy at https://sevidesk.com/privacy . Thanks!

@lombardonovitch The built-in guardrails are configured and applied on the Sevidesk side before requests get sent to OpenAI. As of today, Sevidesk does not offer data residency or data locality as part of the service but it's on the roadmap and in the future, when our permanent infrastructure is fully built out on AWS, we'll be looking into it with our customers. Where is your business based - AMR, EEA, EU?

My entire career has been about one thing: protecting and serving customers. IT security, systems design, lifecycle support—every role was customer-facing. I learned that trust isn't built in the backend. It's built in every interaction.

But I also saw a broken pattern. Growing businesses were being priced out of great customer support. Enterprise tools with enterprise price tags. Per-seat taxes. Hidden AI markups. It felt like the industry was punishing companies for not being big enough.

So I built Sevidesk. AI-powered support, priced honestly. Flat rates, no per-seat fees. Bring your own AI key—no markup. Security built in from day one (because that's how I'm wired).

Sevidesk isn't just software. It's a belief: the quality of your customer support shouldn't be decided by the size of your budget. It should be decided by how much you care.

I built this for every growing team that's been told "you're too small for enterprise tools." You're not. You deserve better. And now, you have it.

This looks like a good alternative to Adobe Acrobat. I like the fact that it was designed with security at its core.
