Excellent
What did you like?

The focus on context is spot on — surfacing what changed and why is exactly what most code review tools miss. Guiding reviewer attention to the parts that matter most makes big PRs far less intimidating, and framing review as collaborative dialogue instead of adversarial nitpicking is the right culture to bake into a tool.

What didn't work well?

Nothing broken in my first look — the flow feels solid. I'd just like more detail on how it handles very large PRs in monorepo setups.

What could be better?

A live sandbox with a demo PR so teams can try the review experience before connecting a repo, and clearer info on GitLab/Bitbucket support alongside GitHub.
