What didn't work well?
I have not run a full end-to-end validation workflow yet, so I would want to compare the brief against a few known markets before relying on the score alone.
What could be better?
It would be useful to show more detail on how repeated problems are weighted versus one-off complaints, plus a way to trace each recommendation back to the strongest source examples.
