Shakebug

Shakebug is a bug and crash reporting tool built for mobile and web app teams. It lets testers and end users report issues in seconds — usually by simply shaking their device — and automatically attaches an annotated screenshot, device model, OS version, app version, and logs so developers have everything needed to reproduce the problem right away.

Crashes are detected and logged automatically, and Shakebug's AI groups repeat crashes into a single issue with first-seen date, affected devices, and OS versions, so teams fix the highest-impact problems first instead of digging through duplicates.

Every bug and crash is tied to the user's session journey — a timeline of the screens, events, and actions that happened right before the issue occurred giving developers full context instead of just a stack trace. This works even for anonymous users who never log in.

Reports can be sent straight into tools teams already use, including Jira, Slack, Trello, Asana, Monday, Linear, ClickUp, GitHub, GitLab, and Zendesk, keeping bug tracking inside existing workflows instead of creating a separate silo

Beyond bug and crash tracking, Shakebug includes built-in product analytics: active users, session counts, stickiness, custom event tracking.
