We gather the public market (1,200+ profiles on a typical search), dedupe to unique people, clear every hard requirement with quoted evidence, and deliver a ranked list of 40 contactable candidates with the reason for every name. Delivery in 5-7 days for a new role, 24-48 hours to re-open a role we have already scoped.

What makes it different from an agency: no percentage of salary, no retainer, no candidate ownership. You pay a flat fee for the list and your team runs every interview. What makes it different from an AI sourcing tool: nothing to configure, and a senior engineer (ex-JetBrains, Huawei, Odigos) signs off on every profile.
